Payment

For private tuition, you have 3 payment options: bank transfer (preferred), cheque or cash. This is to be paid on the day of, or prior to the first lesson.

For group classes and events, we ask you to pay via the website or bank transfer prior to the start date.

Booking Confirmation

When you book any of the classes or events, you will receive confirmation via email or post if necessary. This will outline payment, dates and type of course.

Cancellation

For private tuition, we aim to keep it as flexible as possible. We understand that dates and times have to be moved every so often, so we only ask for payment for the lesson if you cancelled 24 hours or less before it’s due to start.

Regarding group classes

- If a student cancels over 30 days before the start date, a full refund (minus 10% administration fee will be given)
- For cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the start date, a 50% of the total cost will be refunded
- For cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start date, no refund will be given.

If under any circumstances Anna Spring Language School has to cancel private tuition or group classes, a full refund will be given. We will also endeavour to re-book the classes suitable to the student’s needs and timetable.

Rude Behaviour

Anna Spring Language School reserves the right to cease lessons if they encounter rude or abusive behaviour from students.

Under 18s

When a lesson is given to a student under the age of 18 years at their own home, a parent/guardian must be present on the premises at all times. Anna Spring Language School reserves the right to cancel the lesson if the parent/guardian isn’t present and the lesson charge will not be refunded.

Special Considerations

Please notify us of any special considerations that we may need to be aware of. We do all we can to accommodate everyone who would like to learn in our classes so will make sure it is made as easy and as comfortable as possible for you to attend.
